The air conditioning in the room was completely non-functional, leaving us in sweltering heat. Despite our requests, the staff were unhelpful and dismissive about addressing the issue. The bathroom facilities were poorly maintained, with stained floors and a lack of basic amenities, made it uncomfortable.
